Beautiful multi-level country home close to the towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City.
An hour from Truckee and an hour and 20 minutes from lake Tahoe.
Come and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable retreat. Great for family gatherings, birthdays, girls weekend, yoga retreat, youth retreat... And so many more.
There are two master bedrooms with queen beds, one spacious room with two bunk beds, an office/ bedroom with comfy daybed, and another bedroom with a queen bed.
The great room is 24x32 ft. There is room for kids to play, enjoy a movie, play ping pong, play games on the game table or do puzzles, etc.
Up to medium size dogs are welcome. There is a dog bed and food and water dishes supplied. Please keep them off the furniture. There's also a kennel with indoor and outdoor access if you want to leave them while you go out on the town.
The year-round creek is very peaceful and inviting. There are apples in the fall, and room to let your kids run and play.
The kitchen is well stocked and we provide Caroline's coffee (a local coffee shop) both special blend and decaffeinated.
We, Mike and Cheryl, were born in the local towns and have lived here throughout our lives. We love this area and look forward to sharing it with you.
