„This is a good place to stay - the house is great and the location is perfect. However, the check in ptocess was very frustrating. The VRBO listing gives the wrong address, so when we arrived we pulled into a neighbor's driveway by accident. This apparently happens a lot because the neighbor (who was home) immediately pointed us to the correct house. Then the check in instructions gave the wrong key code for the front door, so we had to call and message the host multiple times just to get ...

„Property is clean and neat. However, a tad rundown. Very close to the beach as described and next to the Oceanview fishing pier. Communication with property owner excellent. Overall a good experience.“

„The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected.“

„The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.“

„This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!“

„Our Family stayed here for a week break as a base to explore the wider VB area, good central location means your 20mins from most places. Property was to a high standard with a lovely view and access to lake. The host was was very helpful and had the property nice and warm upon arrival and dropped off snow shovels after a big snowfall. “

„I just want to thank our host again and again. The communication was amazing and Audra was so accommodating for our last minute booking. We had to rush into town due to a family member’s death, but the house’s picture perfect location makes us want to go back under happier circumstances. “

„So…My family of 4, plus a friend, and our 110lb American Bully stayed here on December 13th-15th.And we were very pleased with our stay overall. Let me give the pros and the cons.Pros: Good location. It’s just on the other side of the tunnel and very close to the beach (our dog loved it). The property is very nice and updated. "The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you."
