The property was well stocked with everything we needed, including pack and plays for the baby as well as a booster seat we could use at the table. Spence, the property manager was easy to reach and helpful in suggesting where we could rent a jet ski for an afternoon. „The house was perfect. Rooms are big, bathrooms were beautiful, and the kitchen is where everyone came together as usual so the giant island was clutch. „The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma.“

We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. „Our family stayed here for Spring Break. Ayana (local concierge) was great to work with. She was super helpful and even met us at the airport. The home is in good shape overall and had everything that we needed to cook 8-10 meals over the space of the week. „We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. “

"We spent a week in March 2025 in this new renovated villa. This small villa is like a simple cottage. The villa is located on the grounds of Hideaways Beach Resort at Palm Bay. This villa is privately owned and does not belong to this resort. From the villa to the sandy beach it's only a few steps. Unfortunately, you can only use the Hideaways Resort's pool for a fee. The villa was well cleaned. Kitchen and both bathrooms are modernized. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay and for self-catering: microwave, stove with oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, pots and pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer, linens and new towels. TV, air condition, fans and free Wi-Fi are available and worked well. There is no dining table on the terrace, only a small side table and two relaxation chairs. We enjoyed our coffee on the terrace with the view to the sea and the other villas. The bed was comfortable for us, we slept well. There are two kayaks in the villa. You can use them free of charge. The communication with Cleo was pleasent. She gave us a lot of information about shopping, restaurants and other. Should you have a problem, Cleo is also very helpful. There is a restaurant in the Hideaways Resort and you can also walk to the Fish Fry. There are many dining options. We usually ate at Krusty Crab. The food is delicious and the prices are good."
