„My partner has a severely broken leg, we asked to be contracted as soon as the room was available as it is uncomfortable for him to be in the car. The receptionists said it should be available around 12.30. They still didn't contact us until just before 2.00. The toilet isn't big enough for someone with normal abilities to go in and close the door let alone someone with crutches. The shower is a great size. The floor needs a good wash. „The only cons re. the property was the small grill/oven was dirty and even though we were about 100m from the road and shielded by some bushland, there was a curtain missing from the living area of the chalet which could be a concern for privacy at night. Apart from that, which can easily be remedied, the location and size was quite adequate and ideal for a short getaway from the hussle and bustle of city life.“
