„Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment“

„The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! „Such a beautiful stay at the Staycation Maldon. Very nice location at the heart of the high trees. The suite was very beautifully decorated for Christmas and this really made it very special. Spacious rooms with kitchen made it super convenient and comfortable. Aircon/Heating unit in every room was super required due to the cold weather. My wife and I loved it and for sure will be back again 100% recommend!“

„Very good value and service. Beware if you are relying on satnav to locate. Because of busgates it took a bit of finding. Council pay and display parking nearby but overnight only to 5am however street parking available after 6pm.“
