„It is a country property close to other homes. The pond attracted critters, from bullfrogs singing at night, to ducks quacking & flying in to land, and neighboring roosters growing the morning away. „Absolutely would stay here again. A little hard to get to but host provided excellent directions. House was thoughtfully stocked with everyday conveniences. The kitchen made preparing a meal with multiple people a breeze thanks to its layout and size. The only deduction in stars was cleanliness, but it was as clean as one could expect for a house in the country side, (evidence of critters indoors) don’t let that detour you from booking this amazing property. “

„Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat.“

„One of the best places, actually the best, we have ever stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Immaculate, wonderfully decorated and stocked with everything needed and lots of extras. Bed was comfortable and large walk-in closet to use. Loved the property too with the cute goats, geese and other nature type surroundings. „Lianne's home is really special. The pool and gardens are beautiful and the roaming kitties are sweet touch. We loved visiting the animals and watching the sunrise. The game room was perfect for the days when the air quality was poor and we couldn't enjoy the outdoors. Lianne prepared us for "glamping" style cooking and that helped us prepare the right meals to bring along and she made us a delicious vegetarian dinner the first night with ingredients from her garden which was really outstanding.“

„Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“

The main bath seemed to be ok. The other two bedrooms have only single beds which would be ok for children but I would suggest a queen size bed in one of those.
