„Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. “

„Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fuĺl kitchen, washer and dryer. Generally clean, however, mould on some blinds and dust build up on window sills. Best to have your own transport for this location. Only significant issue was attempting to enter the secure parking on arrival (after an day long drive), the pin provided didn't work. Attempted multiple times before calling the advertised 24hr Kula contact number which went to an automated message advising the call could not be connected. ...

„We had a perfect stay in the Blue Mountains area. The cabin is not very spacious but has everything inside we needed for our stay. The interior was very cozy with very lovely details and was well equipped. From the terrace we had great views in the nature and bird life. The communication was very good.Thanks a lot Owen!“

Light and ventilation was excellent and it was delightfully quiet. We appreciated the full size stove, generous bath and underfloor heating in the bathroom, and the king size bed.
