„This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)“

„Mary welcomed us when we got in late at night. The private entrance feels like a secret garden path, and is well lit at night. Everything was clean and neat. Mary offered to wash sheets and towels for us as needed, and was very communicative throughout the entire stay. We were there for a month while looking for housing in the area. The only thing we had to go out and buy was a vegetable peeler and a cutting board - otherwise it has everything you'd need!“
