„Our multi-generational family of 10 stayed for a week in August. One of the worst fires in California history was raging less than 20 miles away. The smoke and the summer heat with no air conditioning made conditions very challenging. One of our familes left early due to sleepless nights. „We had an amazing trip to Lake Almanor for Labor Day. We have been staying with friends for years since our kids were little and now they are older and bringing extras so we needed a second house to fit all of us. This house did not disappoint. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was awesome and the boat dock was very convenient.Thank you for renting to us!“

„Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it.“

„Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.“

„Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all.“

„We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit.“

„We had a big family gathering and this house was great. Lots of space for sleeping and the deck was amazing. Only a few blocks from the beach and the hosts made sure we knew activities going on in the community. We felt very welcome and it was so peaceful and beautiful. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again! “

„Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich bzw. desinteressiert. Beim Einchecken war das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig. (Die Eincheckzeit wurde unsererseits eingehalten) Keine Entschuldigung bzw. Tipps, die Wartezeit sinnvoll zu nutzen. Aufgrund von hohen Außentemperaturen, musste die Klimaanlage nonstop betrieben werden, was sehr laut war und die Nachtruhe extremst störte. Die Umgebung ist auch nicht die schönste (Abschleppunternehmen direkt angrenzend).“
