Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups. You really can’t beat how close this home is to downtown and many of the nearby local amenities. Greenville has a wonderful selection of breweries, nature hikes/walks, art displays, shopping and good eating! Perfect for a family get-together!
Near The Commons, where we hung out. Perfect size for a group of 6 adults plus two small pups. Backyard great for grandson to visit and dogs. New home, well decorated, dining table sits 8. Ample parking. Right behind news station and next to big apartment complex, but quiet. Up and coming area, and easy access to everything. We loved it.

Quick get together with family
Our family of 5 (husband, me, 24, 22 and 20 year old daughters) met my dad and his wife from Atlanta for an overnight “Christmas” visit. We were not in town or at the house much, however we loved our time together. The coffee and tea options in the home were a nice plus. Location seems up and coming. Not close enough to walk to downtown but was an easy drive to get to the places we wanted to go.

Overall our stay was nice. There were a few issues that could not be resolved during our stay but overall did not ruin our trip. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was very close to down town but a few of the neighboring homes were a bit loud late at night.

Nice, modern house for a group stay
The property itself was nice, modern, and looked just as pictured. Though, there were no paper towels provided, typically we see 1-2 rolls provided in our stays. We did encounter some difficulties with communication with the host. They were not able to refer back to a chat we had over Vrbo prior to booking with questions we had. It was frustrating having to confirm this all again the day before checking in while coordinating with multiple people. The host ended up being accommodating though. Overall a nice property, but potential guests should be aware of communication prior to booking.

Great stay with family for son's wedding.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for my adult family. The large fenced back yard, with covered porch was a wonderful place to lounge with pets. The only small negative was the adjacent housing complex, that at times, was a bit ruckus. However, I would have no issue staying here again.

The host of this property was very kind and accommodating, even with a massive VRBO inbox tech issue. The house was nice enough, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, lots of people walking by looking like they were traveling (??). We liked the coffee shop that is just a block away, and the proximity to downtown was great.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. We had an issue when we first arrived with there not being enough towels for all of us. The host took care of it right away and had them delivered to the doorstep within an hour. We would stay at the home again when we are in Greenville.

The Classic Wedding Weekend
Started the weekend off in downtown Greenville at Hoppin, not far from the property. Made the flower arrangements, ceremony at the Glassy Chapel at the Cliffs and sealed the celebration at the Southern Bleachery! Perfect time!!
