This centrally located home offers convenient access to downtown, with the added benefit of being within walking distance of the public beach at Moosehead Lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I can’t speak with the other rooms but the king bed was nice and comfortable. We had 7 of us sharing the house with plenty of room. I would suggest to bring some toilet paper because we had to purchase some. There appeared to be enough at arrival but the rolls went really fast! I’d also caution that one of the bedrooms is only accessed by walking through another. That’s should be placed in the listing. All and all no complaints. I’d rent again!

Stayed for a few days of snowmobiling. House is very close to the ITS trail system which was convenient. House itself was very nice, had all the necessities and was super clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, everyone staying commented on it. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again

Rented this house with a couple friends and my son. It must have been redone recently as it was spotless. Huge house with plenty of room for truck and ATV trailer. The beds were more comfortable than our own at home. William was in contact within minutes of any question. Can’t say enough good things about the property and host. Look forward to renting again.

Great house in a great location
My group of friends who do a short getaway every summer really enjoyed this property. We loved the front porch where we could catch the cool breeze and watch the deer walk down the street. The house is very close to a public beach and a pleasant walk to either Greenville or Greenville Junction. It is just far enough out of the center of town to feel completely residential. The house was very clean when we arrived. We prepared all of our meals at the house. There were plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. I note that the description we responded to said that there were 6 beds. There were 5. There is a lovely fire pit. The house worked very well for our group of friends and we all thought it would work well for a family as well. There was plenty of parking space. We would return to this property.
