A quiet cottage is the best place to come back to after a full day of the beach, sports events or just shopping! Enjoy curling up with a blanket in the living space with a 65” tv or heading outside to the balcony with a good book, a cup of tea sweetened with the local honey or a cup of coffee from our local roasters at Amity.

Perfect Cottage!
We had an amazing stay at Megan’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect; it is certainly the best place to relax after a busy day from a tournament and beach fun. Megan was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. Our travel plans changed, and she was very accommodating and was able to have extend our stay, which we appreciate. We Highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thank you so much, and I hope to be able to stay here again!

My husband, son and myself stayed for 7 nights. Walk in shower lower level worked great. Theres also a full bath upstairs. Location was quiet, but not too far from food stores and restaurants.

Absolutely Fabulous
From the booking all the way to check out was an excellent experience. The home is even better than the pictures & communication was prompt and above helpful. Everything you think you may need in a home is here. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons for a lacrosse tournament. It was nice to not be in the middle of all the chaos near the fields, but close enough to get to the boardwalk. The owner has a binder with information on local restaurants, things to do, etc. The only thing that put us off was the home in front of the property, it appeared abandoned. This may have changed as we stayed last summer. Even in spite of this, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Great home!
We spent several days at this very clean, and updated rental home in Greenwood, Delaware. The house was spotless and was the perfect space for my family to stay. We chose this house because it was right across the street from my grandmother’s home, and we were able to be close to her in her final days of her life. I am very thankful for this host and her excellent communication/response to any questions or needs we had. I also know this location is fairly close to the beaches in Delaware, which are always a fun place to go in the summer!

The house is a very comfortable setting and decorated nicely. Location is a little off the beaten track and it sits behind a vacant house. The owners are more than accommodating and very helpful when we had a work related situation develop during the stay.

Definitely would stay again!
This was the cutest place to stay! We had a girls weekend away for a friends wedding and this cozy cottage was perfect! Host was quick to respond and it was very clean! It was decorated cute and supplied stuff most places don’t (cooking utensils,towels, washer/dryer if needed.) I would definitely stay again!

Perfect!!
This was our first time renting a house and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and clean and Megan is so sweet! There was also enough of room in the one bedroom for a travel crib so we didn't have to worry about trying to accommodate a toddler. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning another stay in the future!

We loved our stay at the Cottage!
I can't say enough good things about the Cottage. It was perfect for our time at the Delaware Sports Turf, which was 20 minutes away. The Cottage was quiet, clean and had everything we could ever need during our visit. The amazing coffee and tea hit the spot. The decor was beautiful and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and we easily went to the Food Lion for groceries which was only 10 minutes away. We will rent again when we come back for another tournament. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!
Megan was a wonderful host! The cottage is beautiful and the location is quiet. While we were there, a storm rolled through and Megan was kind enough to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed.
