„The room was a bit worn at some spots but it was clean and comfortable. They already started renovating the hotel which means that the management is aware of it. Breakfast selection was very good and parking at the hotel was very convenient. The staff was very friendly.“

„Fabulous, our Sheffield ‘go to’ hotel. Lovely staff, efficient check in, great rooms and beds. Perfect location, lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We love our ‘second city’ and staying at this wonderful hotel is the icing on the cake!“

„Das Hotel liegt sehr gut ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Das Bett ist sehr gut, Zimmer ist auch ruhig. Kerzt das Negative: Bad eine Katastrophe. Schimmel in der Dusche, Dusche undicht. Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schliessen, aufgequollene Tür. Temperatur Dusche und Zimmer lässt sich nicht regeln. Frühstück durchwachsen. Pilze total trocken, Rührei wässrig. Kaum Auswahl an Brot und Wurst. Für 85 € ok aner für 180€ unverschämt“

„Read poor reviews but we were welcomed by the manager who showed us the room. Nice but a bit compact. Meal at night and breakfast good. Enjoyed our stay and would revisit. There is mould just above the shower on the ceiling and can easily be removed if resolved now. But it does need attention “
