„I booked this lodge via VRBO as a mini break for my birthday with my 8 year old son. The VRBO website clearly stated that the lodge had a private hot tub, as did my booking confirmation. However, upon arrival I discovered that there was NO hot tub. The actual lodge was lovely but VRBO mis-advertised the property. „Stayed for four nights, nice site very quiet and peaceful with a small bar restaurant and shop. The cabin was great very big and spacious and everything you’ll need for your stay. The small bar was good we didn’t eat there so can’t comment but the meals looked good. Was very busy on the Saturday couldn’t get a table but I’d rather see it busy than dead. „I could live here! The lodge was close to the entrance, but in a cul de sac, so felt really secluded. Used the hot tub daily, the water was checked twice daily, so felt very confident it was clean and safe. The food in the restaurant was excellent and had a superb Sunday lunch.
