Lovely Home in Rodney Bay area
This property is in a perfect location when visiting the Rodney Bay / Cap Estate area of the island. Located in a quiet neighborhood; however, very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops and Reduit Beach. All within a 10-minute drive. The driveway is gated so you must make arrangements to meet the on-site property representative to access the property- no code access. The house is large and would be comfortable for a family or numerous couples with four large bedrooms and many lovely outdoor areas including a rooftop pool/ whirlpool. Lastly, the on-site property representative was lovely and so helpful. Overall, a very nice stay in Rodney Bay.

Beautiful,spacious,comfortable villa in the Gros Islet quarter of Rodney Bay. Very well equipped - lots of outdoor seating areas- lovely pool and hot tub off.4 bedrooms - 1 in a separate annex. Excellent communication prior to arrival and lucky enough to have Theresa the owner about to keep us informed and kindly came with us to the Friday night street party at Gros Islet. Very central location for the supermarket,restaurants and beaches. Off street secure parking at villa and didn’t use our car at all during our 3 night stay. 100% recommend

Hospitality Plus!
The house was perfect! There were different levels with at least one bedroom on each. Until we got to remember where our bedroom was, I was a tad confused, but it made the adventure of a new place fun! What really made our stay VERY enjoyable was our “house mother”. She clued us in on where to go, how to get there, etc. Theresa was the best hostess ever and I will never forget her. She really put the icing on the cake of our vacation. Thank you, friend, for making our stay there one I’ll never forget!!

Super spacious villa in Gros islet
This house was so well-located for our stay in St. Lucia. Our host was accommodating of the delay in our arrival (due to island traffic) and helped us get settled in. Really loved how much outdoor space there was and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property
Very spacious and well equipped house. Great with various outdoor spaces including the pool area with sun loungers, and another terrace to the other side of the house with a comfortable seating area. And balconies upstairs too! Plenty of room inside when you need a break from the sun. Even better than the amazing pictures. Location was also very good - a peaceful spot overlooking Rodney Bay. But only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants, and Reduit Beach is easily walkable. James was really helpful with questions ahead of the trip, and the local property manager easily contactable during our stay. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

First visit to St. Lucia
We were so fortunate to find this wonderful home! The owners were just so kind and so helpful. They were always available to answer any question and give helpful suggestions. Having them so close by was a definite bonus! This home gave the 5 of us all the space we needed and many beautiful decks to enjoy the view. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants and I would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay here. Originally booked for just my wife and I, then invited son and girlfriend and then daughter. The guest suite was perfect to give our young couple privacy, and the villa was large enough to give everyone their space to relax and spread out. Every amenity available, the aircon very welcome. Beautifully appointed villa, Stan and Theresa are superb hosts and very welcoming and accommodating. We were a little worried at first when we found out the owners lived under the villa, but actually it is a great arrangement; if any questions arose Stan and Theresa were always close by to help. We would thoroughly recommend staying here for a safe, relaxing and lovely holiday. We will be back.

Great place, perfect location
Just got back from a wonderful stay at this villa. It is in a really good location, easy walk into town and the beach, with good views but a bit away from the real hustle and bustle. We were a large group and the layout of the villa was perfect for us. Lots of places to get away if you wanted some time alone, but lots of places to be together as well. Stan and Theresa were fantastic hosts. Alot of great suggestions and help. They were there when you needed, but never too much, so glad to have met them! One suggestion would be to possibly have a bit more light in the dining room. We liked to play alot of games at night and it was a bit difficult to see. I would definitely recommend this villa and this area. If you are wanting to do a lot of hiking and activities near the Pitons though I would not stay in Rodney Bay area, much too far of a drive to do often.

Very nice villa! Lots of crooks and crannies to lounge and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine! Our host was wonderful!! -Stan took us to Gros Inlet Fri evening the day we arrived and toured us around Rodney Bay to get the lay of the land. He offered very good local eating recommendations! Great area to walk from villa to town or catch the city bus to see Castries.

Stan and Teresa were great hosts. The house was everything as advertised. Very close to the town of Rodney Bay and many restaurants,supermarket and beach. Plenty of room for three couples to spread out and use the various rooms and decks. It had a great big wide screen TV that we got to see the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl. Definitely recommend.

The Villa is gorgeous. The layout of the rooms are also suited for four couples. The picture of the pool only... does not accurately reflect the entire overall decor. The place is absolutely beautiful! The location is in walking distance to the market, beach, shopping mall, and clubs. Theresa is very accommodating and personable. I would return without a second thought.

Villa Michaeline Perfect
This villa is on Rodney Bay Heights with a terrific view of the marina and Pigeon Island and the Caribbean beyond. Reduit Beach, the best beach on St. Lucia, is a five minute drive (thirty minute walk.) Food market and shops are closer. Within the same area we were able to drive to a large variety of fine restaurants. The villa is a beauty. On the main level is a large bright room with kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living area, with a wall of windows looking down on the marina. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a bed that can be separated into two. They share a bathroom. A nearby door leads outside to covered steps that take you up to a separate building that has my favorite bedroom with large windows and the great view, a large bath, and even a kitchenette. The fairy tale master bedroom is on the top level of the main house. Four poster bed; tub in the large bathroom. Windows on one side and sliding door on the other leading out to a small porch. As nice as it is inside, we nevertheless spent most of our time outside. Beside the pool that you see in the picture, on the other side of the house is a large and inviting porch. Just off that porch is a table that plenty of chairs for eating outdoors. The villa is surrounded by a yard with plenty of trees, some even fruit trees. Everywhere we looked inside and outside there was some new bit of beauty. Theresa and Stan, the owners, live on the ground level. They are pleasant to talk with and extremely considerate, looking out for our needs. We have never been on such friendly terms with the people from whom we rented. This villa is a perfect deal.
