I really liked the place, the staff was top, the guy that walked us with our luggage to the room was really helpful. The room was pretty clean and neat, all was in place perfect to rest. Pillows and bed were comfortable, and two per person which I think was great. The room service was super fast and tasty, and at very good prices. Its difficult to be better than this hotel to be honest.“

„The Hard Rock Hotel in GDL is a nice place to stay. I was surprised at the condition of the bathroom and the hotel in general. Unfortunately it seems to be a common problem that the buildings look much older than they really are. This hotel was inagurated in 2018 but the conditions are easy like 10 years. In generall but ok and I will probably come again.“
