Our golf-front Villa is located in the heart of Juan Dolio at the Metro Country Club.
Metro Country Club is a secure, gated community which has his own golf course, restaurant, and even a drug store on site.
Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.
Juan Dolio beach is less than 10 minutes distance by car!

➜ *SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $6,000 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $5,500 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $5,500 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
This is not a luxury property. The villa is in good condition but we want to manage guests expectation before booking. Some wear & tear can be expected on the property.
➜ Please remember that you are staying in a Villa, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $400 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
