„We absolutely loved the property!! We all slept SO good with the windows open all night, listening to nature! The view was phenomenal in the mornings from the balcony!! Host was great with communication and the neighbors were so friendly!! Definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning to this property in the future! “

„We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay.“

„The crew had nothing but wonderful things to say about the site. The host was easy to communicate with and made it simple for my crew to find the location as well as provided information on good things in the area. When we had to extend because the job took longer than expected, the host was quick to respond and help. We would definitely stay at this location for any future jobs in the area. “

„We loved our stay here. House was very clean and nicely decorated. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen were a good size. The pool and patio were used every day and evenings too! Amazing view of the ocean from the pool, we loved it! We appreciated that pool/ beach towels were provided. We will be coming back to this home. Highly recommend!“

„This house was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything. Beach and bath towels provided, plenty of other resources provided such as pool floats, beach chairs, information about the area, air conditioning, fans, etc. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED TOO. We Found a fabulous grocery store (Ralph’s) near by. The home was over an hour away from Old San Juan, the rainforest, rum tours, etc but it was located in a great and safe area. We loved it here! “

„If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this location because they provided all the amenities necessary during our stay. It is located in the heart of the town with all the resources such as stores, restaurants, and attractions to explore. Despite the island having a power outage during our visit, they were prepared to fulfill with their solar panels, we never suffer from tne lack of power. I wouldn’t think twice on staying at this air b&b again. Thank you for having us.“

„Everything about this house was just as described. It was light and airy and the views were breathtaking! The pool was great for the times we wanted to relax but the kids wanted to swim. The beach was amazing and we loved swimming and hunting for shells. “
