„Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area ...

„It was an absolutely incredible stay, so much that we didn't want to leave! Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant. It was indeed a truly unique experience, as we were told at the beginning by the lovely and caring Maria Concetta. We will definitely go back. “

„I stayed for 1 night only. I was looking for a cheap place near Fabriano, and the hotel delivered. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money.“

„Wer Natur und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man hat von Küche bis zum Bad alles was man braucht. Sehr hilfreich, dass man den Geländewagen des Gastgebers nutzen kann, der direkte Weg zum Anwesen ist schon eine kleine Herausforderung. Aussergewöhnlich sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Dianne und John, sehr liebe Menschen mit Herz.“
