"The room was small, but we knew that before we arrived. Everything else was excellent. The staff were really friendly, it was literally a 5 minute walk to the terminal, there was water and a couple of beers in the fridge and the breakfast was really nice and very well presented. Would definitely recommend if you have an early flight like us. "

"The property was very clean and felt safe. We booked the twin room which was on the top floor, 3 flights of stairs but no problem for us as we are quite fit. Only slight down side were the beds, very hard but clean none the less. Our bathroom was separate across the hallway. Again very clean and did the job nicely. The place was near the station and a 20 minute walk to the city Center. Downhill going, hill coming back. You need to be quite active as everywhere is hilly. "

"The staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating and the room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was also nice as well, bread, meats, pastries and staff will ask if you require eggs which they will cook there and then. The location was great. Not too far from local bars and restaurants, roughly about 20/30 minutes walk from the river and a train station about 10 minutes if you wanted to explore the beach etc. Overall would book again."

"Staff were helpful and courteous. The challenge for me was the limited orden e of staff. After 5 there is nobody around. The receptionist responds if you send an email about a specific concern or question but you do lot have the associated services Such as access to information, getting a taxi, etc. there’s nobody. "

"The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions "

"Nice room but lacking basic necessities. Hot water heater runs out of hot water fairly quickly. Cleaning staff not consistent. Room was not cleaned last night and ran out of shampoo and toilet paper. Property is being run as a cash cow. Missing light bulb cover, toilet paper holder, soap and conditioner holder in shower, mirror in bathroom too low to see face for shaving. Not enough light over bathroom sink. Etc."

Het ontbijt dat werd gebracht, mooi zwembad, uitgepijlde wandelingen, .. hier staat de klant centraal. De wijnen van het domein waren net als het domein zelf top!"
