Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für Red Roof entschieden haben.  Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir das Haus in Phasen renovieren. Vor Juni 2019 werden alle Schlafzimmer mit neuen Fußböden und Farben ausgestattet.  Dies ist fast abgeschlossen.  
Es ist unsere Hoffnung, auch vor Juni das offene Golfseitendeck mit einem neuen Dach abzudecken und ein Erker-Seitendeck einzuschließen.  Wenn der Bau nicht abgeschlossen ist, werden die Arbeiten während Ihres Aufenthalts eingestellt und das Haus ist sicher und für Sie bereit. Möglicherweise sind einige Arbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen. Bitte beachten Sie dies vor der Buchung.   Deshalb ist der Preis so vernünftig. Bitte geben Sie die Telefonnummer an, damit ich Einzelheiten mitteilen kann.
Juni und Juli sind auf Sonntag bis Sonntag begrenzt.
Die Aussicht auf das große Deck ist spektakulär. Gehen Sie direkt zu Ihrem Privatstrand. Genießen Sie den schattigen Picknicktisch und schwingen Sie sich unter dem Haus. Der Wohnbereich an der Kathedralendecke bietet viel Platz im offenen Grundriss. Genießen Sie das Angeln in der Mobile Bay am privaten Pier von Cabana Beach, etwa 1 km nördlich. Der Zugang zum Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge ist leicht zu Fuß.
Dieses Haus hat Beach Club-Mitgliedschaft, so dass Gäste für den Zugang zu ihren Annehmlichkeiten bezahlen können.

The best porch views
This property has a fantastic covered porch overlooking the beach. The walk from the porch to the water is less than 30 seconds. The house was cute and cozy. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location
My family spent three fantastic days at this property. The location is wonderful and having your own beach was a bonus. Granted we did go during off-season so not too sure what it would be like during the peak season with the extremely large resort across the street. The four bedroom house was very accommodating, especially the large back porch, which we probably spent half of our time on. No major negative; however, The Kitchen does need additional renovation as well as the front and back steps which are starting to rot. Also, the house could be cleaned up a great bid downstairs in the garage area. I would also suggest a deep cleaning before guests arrive. Those are fairly minor, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return at some point next summer To put this property on the next level, I would suggest having several kayaks available for guests to use and possibly a hot tub downstairs in the garage area

Great Stay
Loved the house. Loved the location. All excellent except 2 minor things, both of which are personal preferences. All mattresses too firm for my comfort. Bring a mattress topper if you like a soft bed like I do. And because I am sensitive to freshly sprayed exterminator pesticides, I would have preferred not to have extermination scheduled while the property was occupied. Other than those 2 personal preferences the house and location were perfect and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect beachfront property
This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet, beachfront neighborhood. Although it’s a little confusing to see on the listed, this is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. There is a full bath in the master, and another room with a half bath. The other two rooms (one is the bunk bed room) share a full bath in the hallway. We would definetly consider staying here again. The location can’t be beat!

Perfect Beach Stay!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 girls - ages 17, 12, and 8 - so we had plenty of room to spare! It is in the perfect location, only 20-30 minutes from the major attractions in town, and had a really great Dollar General and pizza place just up the road. The private beach and view was AMAZING! You literally walked off the deck and out to the ocean and have it all to yourself. Our kids enjoyed all of the boogie boards and beach toys that were at the house. There are chairs on the deck, but if you want actual beach chairs and an umbrella, you’ll need to bring that yourself. You can tell the owner is still fixing some things up more, but the place is still adorable and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. We did experience some REALLY SEVERE weather 2 nights in a row, which caused a few window leaks, but nothing in areas that really affected us or a few towels couldn’t take care of. With just a normal thunderstorm or rain, I don’t think it would have even been an issue. We noticed new windows are already there just waiting to be installed, so it’s an issue that is already in the process of being fixed. Mr. Sanderson, the property manager, was immediately available and so incredibly kind and helpful. Like he said, it isn’t the Taj Mahal yet, but it was clean, well supplied, and perfect for our family. You just really can’t beat the view and beach access this place has! We would definitely love to stay again!

Great Place!
We love Fort Morgan and this was a great rental for our family. Property manager was great and touched base with us a few days before our arrival. Everything was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and the view was amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds and board games, mom and dad loved the beach front view and short walk to our umbrella and chairs. While it may look a little rough from the outside, this is a great property and i highly recommend it and will be staying here again.

Great Beach House!
We loved the beach house and had a great time! There was plenty of room for us - 4 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of extra blankets and quilts, and plenty of books, games and beach toys. We could not figure out how to get the central AC/heater unit to work. The first night we were there it was pretty cold and I couldn't get the heat to come on. The rest of the stay it was pretty warm and we couldn't adjust the AC. Not sure if it's broken or what? The stairs, deck and railing are stable but the wood is in extremely bad shape. Amazingly we made it through our stay with only one splinter. Hopefully the owner will address this problem soon. Overall this little house was amazing! It is right on the beach and the views are gorgeous! I would go back again though not in the heat of the summer with current AC unit. (Take extra paper towels and toilet paper.)

Long Family Weekend
We decided to stay in Fort Morgan because it is quiet and the beaches are more secluded. When we found your property, we knew it was the one. It had everything we needed. We loved that we had the pleasure of walking out the door and only walking a few steps to the beach. My family came with my brothers family and we loved that it was big enough for all of us. We loved that the kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to fix breakfast or a quick lunch and still drive the quick drive to Foley or Gulf Shores to eat dinner. We would definitely love to stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

Overall, very pleasant experience. Great location and beautiful views literally steps from the beach. Under renovation but still in good condition. Kitchen well stocked, living area very open. However, the air was not the greatest but I figured it would be hard to keep cool right next to the beach and with the windows needing to be replaced. The decks and stairways the wood needs sanding because we got lots of splinters. Overall happy with the stay! Would recommend, and would stay again!

The best beach vacation we have ever had!
We have stayed on the beaches of Gulf Shores. Florida, Maui and lived on the Coast but this property provided us with the most private beach I have ever experienced and most of the time it felt like the ocean in front of my house was private too! Excellent layout of the house and incredible deck right on the beach! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Relaxing Beach House
My parents, hubby, 3 kids, brother, and I all greatly enjoyed our stay here this past week. The beach is the nicest I've ever been on. The kids had countless hours of fun playing in the sand and water. The sand toys supplied were a nice touch too. The house is nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Appliances all worked well, including the coffee maker. It is about a 30 minute drive to most Gulf Shores attractions, but we loved the quiet atmosphere. There is a Wal-Mart in town so we picked up groceries there. Do not count on your groceries being ready on time so order them a bit before you want to pick up as they seem to have frequent delays. The house supplied plenty of blankets, and towels. Bring toilet paper as only one roll was supplied per bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Games and puzzles can be found in the bedrooms to the right. We found these on our last day. If you are looking for a nice home, steps away from the beach, then this is for you. It is nothing fancy, but the nature surrounding it can't be beat. I hope you enjoy your Gulf Shores adventure!!
