Großes Strandhaus mit privatem Pool!

Triple Seas 4BR sowie ein Loft / Krähennest mit einem privaten Pool (25 Personen). Atmen Sie tief ein, schließen Sie die Augen und lassen Sie Ihre Sorgen verschwinden! Gehen Sie direkt von der geräumigen Terrasse am Pool vorbei zum weißen Sandstrand, der nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Sie können sich den ganzen Tag in der Sonne sonnen und die Meeresbrise und die Aussicht von Ihrem privaten Pool oder direkt am Sandstrand genießen. Mit Platz für die ganze Familie wird Triple Seas Ihr Paradies am Golf sein. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Bar für vier Personen und öffnet sich zum Wohnzimmer. Der Essbereich verfügt über drei Tische mit Sitzgelegenheiten für die gesamte Strandcrew. Im Erdgeschoss hat das Wohnzimmer Gewölbedecken und einen faszinierenden Blick auf den Golf. Die zwei Schlafsofas öffnen sich, um vier zu schlafen. Zu den weiteren Schlafbereichen auf dieser Ebene gehören das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad, ein Queensize-Bett im mittleren Schlafzimmer und Doppel- / Doppelstockbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer. Ein zweites Bad und eine Waschküche befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene. Viel Glück, die Kinder vom Dachboden fernzuhalten! Eine Wendeltreppe im Essbereich führt in den abgeschiedenen Loftbereich, der die beste Aussicht im Haus bietet! Das Loft verfügt über zwei neue, speziell angefertigte Doppel- / Zweibett-Etagenbetten, sodass bis zu 6 Kinder die richtige Pyjamaparty haben können! Wenn Sie die zweite Treppe hinaufsteigen, finden Sie einen weiteren Sitzbereich mit Blick auf das Wohnzimmer und den Golf. Es verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, eine Liege und einen TV-Bereich. Die zweite Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und Vollbad befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene. Fernseher und DVD-Player befinden sich in allen Bereichen des Strandhauses. Aber verbringen Sie nicht Ihre ganze Zeit drinnen! Nehmen Sie sich Zeit, um Erinnerungen in Ihrem privaten Pool zu sammeln oder in der Brandung zu spielen! Amazing place with great location
We loved the location, the private pool, the short walk to the beach, the second fridge, and great communication with rental property checking on us! There is SOOO many beds and spots for others that we wish we would have brought more friends! The only thing to improve would be that there needs to be new electrical outlets installed as all of them will barely allow a plug to atay in them.

Overall we had a wonderful trip! Triple Seas is in a great location and overall the house suited our needs. However, there were quite a few things that need attention and unfortunately left us underwhelmed for the amount of money we spent to stay there. When we arrived at the designated check-in time, the code didn’t work. The front door didn't latch correctly, you could push against it and it would open right up. The deck floor had loose boards and screws sticking up everywhere. If you didn't watch, you could easily cut your foot. Several deck chairs were broken or nearly broken. Didn’t have any cushions either. The pool area and lower parking area were littered with trash and debris when we arrived. We spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the area up. Pool light didn't work, so no night time swims. The doorknob on the bedroom with the window overlooking the living room was about to fall off. That room could also use a curtain or blinds of some kind, due to it overlooking the living room. Nearly all the plug-ins were loose and things wouldn't stay plugged in. They would also spark when plugging things in. Can't be safe or up to code. Downstairs main shower handle falls off. Upstairs AC didn't work in king room. There were no hooks anywhere in the house to hang towels, purses, etc. Several floor tiles were broken, resulting in us having to put duct tape. This house could be great with some TLC put back into it!

Great Family Vacation
The property was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We were worried when we drove up bc it is on the main road but that was not a problem at all. The beach is beautiful and we were the only ones in front of our house so that made it so nice to not have to fight the crowds. The house was clean and very spacious. It is the first house we stayed in that had that many bedrooms and the living and kitchen area matched the amount of people we had staying there. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! We had 9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. We loved the deck and the pool. The pool is not in the shade so we would rig our beach umbrella's, in the afternoons, to cover the pool for the littles! The pool water was very warm by afternoon. Our family loved it and we will be back!!!

There were 15 of us. This house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening, and the beach during the day. Our beach location was perfect. Not crowded at all. We were close to a convenience store and ten minutes from Walmart. No problems with Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach location!
This summer we took our first big family vacation with 14 extended family members and Triple Seas was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous with just a short walk to the beach. Our family loved the private pool and utilized it daily! Overall the house was in good condition. However there were several outlets that were loose or didn’t work and missing their covers. We also found several nails/glass in the covered driveway due to recent renovations to the house. Unfortunately our check in was delayed due to cleaning and we couldn’t get into the house until 4:30. With all of that being said, we would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time and we felt like this was the perfect house for us!

We couldn't have had a better time. Between the beach and the pool was amazing!!! House was very clean. Restaurant, Ice cream, and little store in walking condition. We had 10 adults and 11 kids ranging from 12 - 8 months. Plenty of space. Great way to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family !!!! We had an issue with a tub handle and they were quick to respond !!!

We knew from the reviews that the house was older and some items were not in good repair and the price reflects that. Everything was clean and the management company was extremely responsive. I would recommend taking a good knife, pans, and any utensils you cannot live without while cooking. The two fridges were a lifesaver and the washer and dryer were new and worked great. It was difficult to find good outlets that held electronics chargers, they seemed to fall out if they had any weight to them. There was plenty of towels for showers, though bring beach towels. It also would be nice if there were a nonslip rug inside the living room patio door for wet feet. We had 9 girls, age 5 to 68 for the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beach area.

The triple seas is a great beachfront home, if you’re not looking for anything fancy.
Triple seas is about a 5 minute drive to the hangout and the pink pony pub. Roughly about 25 minutes to other attractions, like The Gulf (get the lobster roll!) and the pirate ship cruise! Also, the track is a fun place to go Thankfully, this home was close to the attractions and was beach front because the house itself is far from lagging. I hope you enjoy a weeks worth of sand on your feet, because the vacuum cleaner was broken. But have no fear, the handy dandy broom is there to pick up every piece. The patio furniture is run down, and some were completely broken, with screws sticking out. We did reach out about this, and we were brought about 8 flimsy plastic chairs. The pool lounger pads are at least 8 years old, with barely any cushion. The pool was a lovely algae green on our first day, but thankfully was cleaned the next day. There are large pieces of siding missing, to the point the bunk area was leaking during a storm. One of the upstair bedroom AC units was broken, and there’s odd windows that you can see into some of the bedrooms. Looking to charge your phone? That won’t happen in the upstair king bedroom, as nothing stays into the plugs up there. Also, be prepared to wake up with the sun! There are blinds on some of the windows, but not all, and there aren’t any curtains if you have littles that need naps during the day. In addition, if you’re an unpacker, this probably isn’t the best house. The closets are filled with random stuff, especially the closet under the stairs. Furniture and decor were literally thrown in there. The upstair bedroom closest had broken furniture thrown into them. The pantry was locked, and completely unusable, so we had to improvise with the other cabinets. Another reason why it’s great there are so many restaurants nearby? The grill is completely unusable. We typically like to grill and hang out at the house one night of our vacation, but the grill was full of yuck and completely rusted out. To make your stay more enjoyable, I suggest bringing: over the door hooks because there is no where to hang wet bath towels,hand soap for bathrooms, extra kitchen towels (there was only one). It wasn’t all gloom and doom, the bunk area was pretty cool for the bigger kids.The beach area is very clean and the powdery sugar sand was perfect for lounging. Also, there are two refrigerators, which is a must for multiple families! Lastly, the home felt clean on our first day, which is always appreciated.

Perfect Family Week
My husband & I are celebrating our 50th anniversary this summer, so we gathered our kids & grands to join us for a week at Triple Seas beach house! (All of us traveled from IL & MO.) We couldn't have chosen a better place to enjoy each other, the beach, & the surrounding area! The location of this house was ideal . . . within walking distance or a short drive to many eateries & shops . . . and best of all, right on our own stretch of beach. There were 17 in our family: 8 adults & 9 kids (ages 5-18). There was plenty of living space so that we didn't feel on top of each other at any time. Plenty of beds. The youngest kids loved the bunk loft! The main deck was great for outdoor eating & playing for the kids, & one evening we all had a dance party! Plenty of wooden chairs & a couple round tables. The lower deck with the swimming pool was a big hit, too. The pool wasn't huge, but we were thankful to have it, & it was used multiple times throughout every day & evening! The large gas grill was virtually unusable because it was chock-full of sand & debris, & we just didn't want to take the time to clean it out; however, we did use the small charcoal grill that was under the raised house in the parking area. It required minimal cleaning when we arrived, & we left it in good shape. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for most basic cooking. (We had brought our own paper plates, plastic silverware & glasses, just to make things easy.) We were surprised & happy to see that there was a 2nd full fridge/freezer in the laundry room, which came in very handy. The dining area was very nice too. The 2nd day we were there, we noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working, & when we reported it the next day, a repairman was there that very afternoon! Overall, the house was very clean & in good shape. The loft-type seating area upstairs had been converted to a bedroom since we first saw it on VRBO & rented it last fall, which was a nice surprise that really helped our needs! The furniture in the main living area was new & very comfortable. The only relatively minor complaint we had was the main door going out to the deck. It didn't pull closed easily; you had to pull it shut & turn the knob to ensure that it stayed closed. Otherwise, it swung all the way open & stayed open. For the kids, it was a pain, & we found the door accidentally open a lot. It's particularly beat up & "cruddy" from the outside & probably just needs to be replaced.

Great location, house needs updates
The management team was phenomenal! There were some lack of communications between the owner & management team on repairs that were being made to the house, but they were all super helpful & professional in getting that cleared up. The house does need some updates, which I think they’re trying to work on. I would recommend getting as much done as possible in the off-season when the house is vacant instead of when guests are there. The house is the very best location you could imagine!! We were able to seamlessly go back & forth between the beach & pool all week! We look forward to coming back!
