This Casa is twenty miles (20) away from San Juan areas, about 20 minutes, NOT at rush hours, and 21 miles from our international airport in San Juan.
The national rain forest, El Yunque, and beautiful Luquillo Beach in Fajardo are just 40 minutes away and the highway is around the corner. Also Highways to the east, north and south coast are just around the corner as well providing an excellent location to visit the island.
This Casa is the perfect getaway to listen to pristine sounds of nature and waking up to birds singing the next morning, in a city. The nature’s presence is part of the charm of our property backyard, and we want to ensure that you're fully aware of the tropical setting that defines it. This means that leaves and natural debris can find their way into the pool and patio area, and you may encounter the occasional visiting of birds or other friendly visitors. Mostly our guests are nature lovers, easygoing and adventurous travelers, patient, tolerant, cooperative and enthusiastic. The pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. Available for long term rentals.

Important House rules:
Guests are responsible for any clogged toilets during their stay. It’s prohibited to flush in the toilet baby wipes, food, excessive toilet paper or anything else that may clogged the pipes. Guests will pay for pipes unclogging and it may take days to get a plumber service specially during weekends.
Please understand that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, certain unforeseen events may occur that are beyond our control, such as the loss of electricity or water, tropical storms in the hurricane season or other natural disasters. In the event that loss of electricity or water persist for more than 8 hours during your stay, and you choose not to continue at the property, we will refund you for the unused nights only, and check out will be at noon 12 pm . After noon 12:00pm another night will be charge. We are not responsible for any damages caused by events outside of our control, such as power outages, atmospheric events, or loss of essential services over which we have no control. This is a Non smoking property.
