„The cottage was nice, rustic and nautically decorated. The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance.“

„This house is truly in a perfect special spot. Super close to a few good spots to eat, and so jam packed with nature. So much nicer in person than even advertised in the pictures. „  The Jarvis Point home might be the most fantastic VRBO home that we have ever visited. It is true waterfront and outstandingly so - it is probably 30feet from the shore. It offers an unbelievably panoramic view of the waterfront, especially from the bedroom on the third floor. „We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue House. The location could not have been better -- in walking distance to the Tides Inn, the Local, and a few cute shops. There was more to see and do just a short drive away. The house itself was very cute and my daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. The streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) didn't work, but I think they just need to be upgraded. The jacuzzi jets in the big tub were TO DIE FOR. We highly recommend!“

„The cottage was great for the two of us. Very quiet and relaxing. You can't really relax on the beach though because when the tide comes in it disappears. We went to Haven Beach to relax and swim - just a short drive away. But you can sit by the fire pit and enjoy the serene scene with jumping fish and herons. „This home is very humble and cozy, which is to say, if you're into amenities and shiny things, it's not for you. We had (4) adults and (6) kids all in the rental, which had adequate spacing and sleeping arrangements, linens and towels all provided.
