Your perfect retreat awaits in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home located right on the Eagle River. Nestled on a private cul de sac street, with additional parking for a raft, or an ATV this home has it all. A fenced backyard, private hot tub, walk out river access for fishing or paddle boarding and close proximity to 4x4 and OHV access awaits. About 35 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. We look forward to hosting you!

Amazing time in a great location
The house was immaculate. The back yard backing up to the Eagle river was a great touch. The inside was very clean and well kept. The living room couch was very comfortable and everyone loved the amount of pillows. My two sons got their own rooms and both beds were incredibly comfortable. The master bed was also incredibly comfortable. The shower head on the master bath was surprisingly great. The kitchen was used a lot and all appliances were perfect for their usage. The location allowed us to easily access Glenwood Springs for a day, then ski at Beaver Creek the next, and then ski at Vail the 3rd day. The snow was magnificent. All in all, a great place to stay. Would give 6 stars if I could. ***not the hosts fault. But the neighbor's dog barked all night. It didn't spoil the stay though. kept.

Perfect Paradise
We were in town for an epic hunting trip and the house was the cherry on top! We only saw it in the dark, but the listing was spot on. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the managers worked with us and were very accommodating. If we had a question; they promptly responded and were very professional. Will stay here again if we get back to the Valley!

Home by the river!
Five of us stayed in this home and loved it. It was easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go and for the things we wanted to do. The home was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Comfortable beds and loved opening the windows at night to hear the river. Great outdoors space. Pictures were true to listing. The host were very informative and there to answer questions at anytime. We loved staying here and would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Gordon to the Rescue.
The property is awesome. The Eagle River is right there….in the back yard!!! Out to see my brother & family. Found 70 Willowstone….my brother and family use to live across the street (SMALL WORLD). Anyway…..we were loading up the car to go fishing and I put one of my #6 Streamer hooks into my thumb. My girlfriend is very squeamish and has no experience in hook removal……Soooo that’s when I spotted Gordon out in his driveway. We decided to push it through the other side and cut off the barbed end, which worked perfectly. Gordon’s wire cutter skills proved highly beneficial and saved a hospital visit! Gypsum is great this time of year!! Thanks Gordon… you are The Best!

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our time at this house and in the surrounding area. Beautiful house with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and grill were more than enough to cook some meals when we weren't out adventuring. The neighborhood was very quiet. The river running through the backyard was so peaceful to fall asleep with and watch fishing and rafting go by. We would love to stay here again the next time we're stopping by the area.

Seventy Celebration!
What a great place! So comfortable and spacious with a big kitchen for cooking, a beautiful backyard for games and reading, central location ( we did day trips to Leadville, the Maroon Bells, Glenwood Springs), and the river RIGHT THERE to see, hear and experience!!!❤❤❤ Some of our family who lived close by were able to join us during the day & check on pets at night. I also appreciated the laundry facilities included & all the towels. Super friendly hosts who checked in daily and answered my questions. Thank you!❤❤❤

We loved, loved this property in Gypsum, Colorado. The house is in a very quiet, good looking neighborhood. The house was very spacious, clean, and just perfect for our family. This space has all the amenities you want in a vacation home. It is on a great location in Colorado with golf courses, Nottingham lake, and the Vail Pass just a short ride away. Highly recommend this property and we would stay there again. Excellent job from the host.

We enjoyed this vacation home as we explored CO destinations such as Glenwood Springs, Vail, Aspen and Basalt looking for fishing and hiking spots. This house was well stocked, clean and modern, and had a great river view.

Wonderful stay!
We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This property is in a great location if traveling with kids. Located in a cul-de-sac that doesn't get much traffic. The kids could bike and play in the front without us worrying about cars. There are a few parks located within 5 minutes of the house. Vail is a 30 minute drive and there are a lot of beautiful hikes close by. The river in the backyard is the best part of this house. Open the windows at night to enjoy the sound of the river. 10 out of 10 rental!

Family 4x4/Ski Trip
We loved staying here! The space is top notch and in a great location between Vail/Beaver Creek and Glenwood Springs. We enjoyed Vail and Beaver Creek resorts as well as 4x4 access just a couple miles down the street and fly fishing right in the back yard! The river scene/easy fishing access is priceless. The local team was extremely responsive and great with local recommendations as well. The house was clean, well kept and stocked abundantly with the basics. Spot on. We will be back!
