„A bit outdated hotel, however for 2-3 nights is ok. Some rooms need to be renovated as they are outdated. I had a superior room which was not renovated, therefore a bit disappointing. Breakfast is classic for UK, nothing particular, tasty. Overall, clean and ok.“

„Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again “

„Lovely room - it was well equipped and great location. Disappointed with the customer service - did not feel valued as guests - from a perfunctory Manager to bar staff that did not even look up from washing glasses whilst waiting at the bar. This is down to training and never went beyond the minimum customer service. Shame as the room was excellent but customer service let it down.“

„Hard to find any fault with our really enjoyable stay, the country environment & location is lovely. Very warm welcome to our cosy comfortable & well presented accommodation. The breakfast & coffee at The Foxes Den was superb & can see why it’s also popular with locals. Would definitely stay again. “

"I was a little bit worried about having booked a room without windows but let met tell you it was great. The rooms are in great conditions and clean. The hotel is located perfectly for a city or football trip. For this price the hotel is a bargain!"
