„Tolle stadtnahe Unterkunft, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in und personal war sehr freundlich. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Dachterrasse war sehr enttäuschend. 3-4 Tische, keine Deko oder sonstiges nettes Ambiente. Sehr große Karte mit Cocktails etc. Aber es gab nur Bier oder Softdrinks. “

„Very nice hotel, great staff, and facilities. The AC was a bit tricky to use but staff fixed it pretty quickly. The breakfast is good but with limited choices.“

„It rained a bit, which is to be expected in this area, but nothing that was too much of a bother. One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. I don't know what the solution is, however, there should be room for some consideration.“

„The hotel room was big and the bed comfortable. About the part that I didn't like, two points to mention. There was no soup and tissue on the lobby restrooms ( I went in two consecutive days in the morning around 9 pm). They had three umbrellas to borrow and the three of them were broken. Even if they were broken they stored them at the entrance and didn't throw it away. “

„A dreadful experience. Awful trouble at check in. I had an advance booking and confirmation number which I provided at check in. They had no idea who I was or what I was saying. Nobody spoke english they kept insisting I had to pay again. 30 minutes of argument until I saw my name on a list and pointed to it. Dreadful room and terrible location. will never go back.“

„Sehr gutes zentrales Hotel. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal und Empfang. Großes sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die 2 Fahrstühle sind für das hohe, große Hotel oft zu wenig.“

„the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. “
