The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we felt very safe because of the gated community. We`ve had one problem with the spa and Peo responded very quickly so the pool guy fixed it the next day.
