„Excellent property and host. Quiet but convenient location. Beautifully clean, comfortable and tidy. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs as well. (The property isn’t fully fenced so do think about keeping your pets on lead outside) Would definitely recommend, and will happily return. “

„Beautiful, spacious, well maintained, clean and well resourced house. Bedsheets and beds were so clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all basics like all the cutlery, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, some sauces, dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro, washing machine, dryer, 2 separate toilets and a separate bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels, house had provision of heaters and electric blankets. Con: dirty and smelly furniture, we did some cleaning but gave up on it in the end, the insolence of it is that you have to pay a cleaning fee, we did plenty of pictures that prove all the dirt; most of the windows are rotten and broken, at one window tape covers the cracks in the glass; mattresses were uncomfortable; water strongly tastes like mold, so we had to boil it to make it potable; there is a mouse hole ...

„This Bach is located across the street from a beautiful beach with stunning views! It is close enough to town (Dunedin, Green Island, Mosgiel) for food/supplies. Conveniently located not far from Otago Peninsula and lovely walking trails. It is peaceful and the beach was virtually deserted and serene…a lovely walk in mornings and evenings! The hosts are fabulous people and very responsive to any questions. Do plan on bringing most necessities for cooking. They provide basics and the kitchen ...

„Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area.“
