Very clean
Pros:Very clean-everything looks recently updated and new. Awesome kitchen. Comfortable couch and decent size smart tv that we were able to watch our Netflix and Prime movies on. A few steps away from the beach- my kids LOVED that. Towels and beach chairs provided which was great. Nice washer/dryer. A/C units in multiple rooms to keep it comfortable. Super smooth/easy check in process. And the owner was gracious and let us check out a couple hours later because we were flying on a red eye that night. Cons: The unit lacked a few basic things needed for comfort. No window coverings except the bedrooms. The bathrooms had none and the sun would beat in and heat them up. There were very very little supplies. Usually I find VRBOs to be stocked with anything you could possibly need. I had to buy my own soap for the shower and we almost ran out of toilet paper. I also had to ration the dishwasher detergent, which is a problem when there are limited dishes available to use. A few extra blankets (other than the bed coverings) would have been nice while we were watching movies. And I know there’s nothing they can do about it, but be aware that both bathrooms have zero counter space. And no place to hang the towels after showering-that was super weird. It’s pretty humid so the towels need to air out and there was no place to hang them.But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the host was lovely.

Better than expected
Listing was accurate. Extremely clean and comfortable. Literally just steps to the beach. We were the only ones at the rental the entire time. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Everything we needed was there. Easy access. Quiet. North Shore in the winter months is usually rougher surf but we still enjoyed playing in the waves. Had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We would recommend to everyone. Adrienne was so nice and accommodating.

Quiet and beautiful location
We really enjoyed the beach front property. The property had all the cooking appliances necessary, close to town, but far enough away from Waikiki to really feel at peace. We came for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to rest. Drive a bit down the road for swimming because unless you are a surfer or an Olympic swimmer it is too rough to swim in the fall/winter at this beach. Thanks for the hospitality.

Amazing stay!
The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location and the check-in process was easy. Adrienne was super responsive as well. We will absolutely be back! Only thing to note is that there are two units and the back one is for the owners. They aren’t there so it’s not an issue but the lanai is on the back part. Again it wasn’t an issue but good to know beforehand!

Fantastic place, but it's a rear unit
Great location, great unit, great management. Our only complaint is that the listing did not make it clear that this was a rear unit of a duplex (the front unit belongs to the owners) so you can't see the ocean when you're inside, though you can see it from the Lanai. Other than that it's terrific.

Our family was very pleased with this property! It was clean, quiet, spacious, safe and just steps away from the beach. The gated parking area and privacy were a plus. Property as listed and very clean. Many amenities provided such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, chairs, and snorkels. Home is right on the beach but a fairly steep hill to get into the water. Parking was great. Sharks Cove, grocery store, food trucks, and gas station within 2 miles about 50 minutes to Waikīkī depending on traffic which is heavy at times. Beautiful property and would stay again when in the North Shore!

North shore perfection
This house was so perfect for our group! It’s right on the beach which was nice for our teenagers to have some flexibility to go back to the house when they wanted. During the summer, the ocean is calm enough to swim & snorkel right in front of the house! Our host was so helpful and communicative throughout the stay, even offering to help book fun activities and giving us tips on the best Costco to shop at. There is a nice patio furniture that you can sit on to watch the sunset and the shade tree is perfect during the day. We had plenty of privacy and felt very safe. Everyone is already talking about when we can go back!

Great location on the north shore. Not totally private as you are sharing the duplex with the owners. Would be nicer to have it to yourself for the price, but the house is very nice and clean and the owners are very friendly.

An amazing and beautiful experience !
Thank you for sharing your property. You made our 1st visit to Oahu a wonderful one. The kids (adult kids) had a great time laying out on the beach and playing in the waves. My wife and I really enjoyed the deck watching the beautiful sunsets over a bottle of wine or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. To those who are considering this location, I highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate. We also stayed at Turtle Bay Resort later in the week for business. After staying at both locations this was hands down the best place for us during our trip. The host was fantastic and responsive when we had questions. It was also nice to meet the owners, who made us feel at home and gave us complete privacy. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you & mahalo!

The property is like brand new and is comfortable and welcoming. The property manager is easily available and helpful. If you want to be in a real neighborhood this is it. Easy walk to Sunset beach and to Pipeline.

Perfect Location in Sunset Beach
This place was perfect for our trip to the North Shore. I will note that the rental is in the back unit of a duplex, the lanai in the photo is about 100 feet in front of the property and not attached to the unit. Regardless, the setting was beautiful and we loved walking to Banzai Beach, The Sunrise Shack, and Ted's Bakery. The host and the home owners were both very nice and accommodating. Would recommend!

We just had a great 7 nights in one of the best locations on the north shore. The unit suited our family of 4 adults and a baby. I would say it comfortably sleep 5 in 2 rooms. Adrienne is a great host. We would happily recommend spending some time at this unit on such a beautiful beach.

Amazing North Shore Stay
The propert was in a prime location between popular beaches. The house was immaculate and the vibes were great with cute beachy decor throughout. Upon check in Adrienne met us and gave us all the info we needed. She even checked in through out the stay to keep us updated on events and the happenings around town. The deck view was absolutely amazing…. you have direct access to the beach and can watch sunrise and sunset! Will definitely stay here again!
