„Easy check in and check out. The properly is very nice, clean, had everything we needed. The property manager contacted us about early check in option. Beautiful and quiet area on the lake. “

„The house was just what I needed. I Would recommend to others. Unfortunately, the entire time I was only there for a few hours to sleep only, as it was a photographer trip. However, what I can say is that it’s cozy, great bed, all the amenities you need (cookware, BBQ) nicely set back on the property for privacy. The host was great! She was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I hope to go back with hubby but next time spend more time and relax there. “

„Had a great stay at this lovely cottage over family day weekend 2025. So much snow! Well stocked cottage with anything you need. Quite the trek up to the top in the snow!“

„Overall, we had an amazing stay. Cottage is right on the water with beach and dock. Everything you need for a stay is available. The owner is very accomodating and responds to requests promptly. Note for families with kids: deck has no rails.“

„Simple cottage on a great spot. Lots to do in Minden and Haliburton. Bring a floatie and jump in at the River Walk in the Minden, then step off at your dock!“

„Very nice place to stay, ten min from downhill and cross county ski. Well equipped. Nice beds. Very comfortable and pleasant.“

„We loved the house. Lots of space. Kitchen super well equipped.We hung out a lot on the main floor. The living room with the fireplace was were we all congregated. Thanks for an awesome stay.“

„The lake was beautiful, had an easy entryway for the younger children, plenty of sand to play in and good swimming conditions. The cottage was in good shape, able to accommodate our large group (12+) and had enough space. The cottage could have used a deeper clean before our arrival and adding linens to the amenities would go a long way.“

„A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. “

„Located half way on Kushog Lake gave us lots of boating on the large lake. Cottage was clean and had a great fridge. The A/C was a bonus also. Not much of a beach but lots of toys to play on the water.“

„Beautiful home and property. Very comfortable and maintained! Any questions we had while there were answered immediately. Everything we needed for our stay was there and then some. I highly recommend staying in this cottage for a vacation! “

„Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte und würden es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück ähnelt stark einem Motel-Frühstück und besteht aus kaltem Rührei, das vermutlich seit mehreren Tagen von den Vortagen aufgewärmt serviert wird, trockenem Toast, alten Bagels und harten nach Zwiebel riechenden Muffins. "Sehr liebevoll geführtes Motel. Wir hatten ein Studio (#2) im Nebengebäude hinter der Rezeption. Eines der schönsten Zimmer hier zu einem fairen Preis. Das Wort "oldfashioned" für die Umgebung und Außenansicht passt ganz gut. Davon aber bitte nicht irritieren lassen."
