Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
When I arrived to check in, I was told that the elevator was down indefinitely. I should've been informed well before I arrived since my money had already been taken, but I wasn't. The desk clerk even checked some handwritten list that she had and she told me my name wasn't on it and apologized. Then I asked to be on the first floor and I was told no and sent to the 3rd floor. After check-in, I walk 3 flights of stairs with my luggage to get to my room for the key card to not work, either of them. SO I drag my stuff back downstairs for another key card. After Im in my room next door there is a child with a constant ear-piercing scream. Leaving for work on Monday I saw a roach crawling on the wall outside my room. Which in turn made me not eat any food there for my entire stay. During my stay I had to have my room key recoded 8 times because it kept demagnetizing. There was never anyone to bring me towels during the entire 6 night stay, I had to go get them myself. This was the single worst experience I've had at any hotel ever. I chatted with an Expedia rep who said he would issue me a one key cash compensation for the total taxes on the trip and I still haven't received those. It feels like I should've never booked through you guys. And after the way this has been handled I don't think i will nor will I refer anyone to you all. All I want is half my stay back and the onekey cas I was promised by the chat rep.
