„This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “

„Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! “

„The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard ...

„My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! „What an amazing property! We had a total party of 8 (6 adults and two teenagers) plus a dog. Not only was the house spacious, but it was cozy at the same time. There was enough room for everyone, additional blankets and pillows if needed, and linens available in every room. It was hard to not only find a house that fit all of us with enough rooms, but also that could accommodate our Rottweiler as most properties had a limit to the weight. The Juan's left a nice welcome book with recommendations ...

„This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating! “

Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished.
