We comfortably sleep up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms (1 king bed & 2 queen beds) plus 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy the brand new "Game Room" with foosball, pool, Connect 4, checkers, chess, dominoes, a bar table w/ 3 stools & wall-mounted TV, as well as the central heat/AC, 2 covered parking spots, elevator & security system.

The Space:

New professional photos coming soon, with the addition of the new second level, "Game Room" featuring a foosball table, pool table, wall-mounted connect 4, checkers, chess, dominoes, tic-tac-toe, a bar table with 3 stools, wall-mounted TV and slider leading to private balcony, and new private balcony furniture set.

The condo offers central air and heat, new Samsung washer and dryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, all new kitchen appliances, a common courtyard, 2 complimentary covered garage parking spots, a private top-floor balcony, a dedicated desk area perfect for "work from home", and comes fully furnished. The master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the second floor in addition to another full bathroom and 2 covered garage parking spots.

Enjoy the open concept full kitchen and family room along with plenty of closet space and storage.

The top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the river and harbor.

The unit is on the second and third floors and has an elevator and security system.

Sleeping arrangements:
(1) There is a King-sized bed in the first floor master bedroom
(2) Queen sized bed in the upstairs second bedroom
(3) Queen sized bed in the upstairs third bedroom
(4) And a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room area. To open up the sleeper sofa, simply pull out and up on the platform under the couch. Do not use the upstairs sleeper sofa as it has broken and functions only as a standard couch.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains

FYI - There are units to the right and left as well as above you. While you can't hear any noise from the condos to the right and left, the unit above can be a bit noisy (footsteps, background conversation noise, running water).
