„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

„Stayed for 2 nights and even after reading some terrible reviews was excited for the stay, over all the room was pleasant good A/C and clean however the mattress could use updating and they need lamps with USB ports. There was no ice machine on our floor so that was a slight inconvenience. The staff in the tavern in the lobby was HORRIBLE, took 23 minutes to even get a drink. Baltimore is struggling economically, many businesses have moved out, and you can see this everywhere. While I felt safe walking as a couple, you will see a lot of poverty around you.
