„There was no TV in the room, complained and it arrived at 9pm when I was getting in bed. No chair or desk (I was on business and need these items). Black mould wound window frames and excessive dust on shower extractor fan and above the curtain rail. The bed was like sleeping on a bag of rocks, very poor quality mattress. think I have been generous a 2 stars. A lot of money for not alot!“

„Die Stufen knarzen und die Türstöcke sind niedrig. Fehlt eigentlich nur noch ein eigener Hausgeist und man fühlt sich heimelig im guten alten Wales. Das Hotel ist herzig und sehr ruhig am Land gelegen. Viel los ist nicht in dem Dörfchen, aber wir haben das Dragon Hotel auch als Ausgangspunkt diverser Exkursionen und Ausflüge ins Umland gewählt und nicht wegen dem glücklicherweise nicht vorhandenem "pulsierenden Nightlife" Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und nett - alles in allem ist ...

„Staff were very polite and friendly. Car park was full (had the last place) and the bar was very noisy - a lot of people and it was Friday. The meal was good “pub grub” and the local ale was wonderful - Wye Valley brewery.“

„This is my 5th stay on the way home from Wales. Its excellent value for money, very convenient on A483 and has a superb restaurant. The rooms are very well appointed . Unfortunately this time i arrived late after the restaurant closed but I was offered a dessert ( which was delicious) and i enjoyed an excellent breakfast. “

„I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. “

„We really liked the location and building. Clean and tastefully decorated. Although some patches of wallpaper need sticking down. We collected our delicious pork pie from downstairs. Not keen on the key collection system as the little car park infront is busy and entering the building and then having to get into the keysafe to get the car park key was a bit stressful. We were dissapointed that there was scaffolding on the building (so not a seamless view of the bridge) and roof work starting ...

„One night stay as visiting family nearby. Hotel is fine just difficult to get to due to due to flooding defences which obviously can’t be helped. Ironbridge is a very interesting place with lots to see “
