„Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty.“

„If you like to be off the grid, this is a great place to stay. We do this once a year and completely unplug from phones, computers, etc. This place was perfect for exactly that. It's remote and there's nothing better than the sound of a river. We had a total of 4 adults, 3 kids, and our 2 labs. Everyone had a wonderful time. It's a little bit of a walk to the river but once there, it's secluded and water is crystal clear. Thank you, Jim, for allowing us to stay at your place. “

„Simply wonderful place for us to reconnect and rejuvenate at the end of a long year. The view kept us mesmerized the entire time. The Klamath was roaring and the surf was rearing. „So glad we found this spot. It was perfect for our elopement in Stout Grove, as it was just a 5 minute drive down the road. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner, play some games together and just relax. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Although we had no issues and didn’t need to contact the host. I believe there would be no issues if we had to. Check in/out was effortless and I would definitely rent again if we’re ever in the area again. “
