„We were in town for a family funeral. What a wonderful retreat to relax, celebrate life and reminisce together. There was ample room to eat together, a big deck to enjoy the evening, and the bedrooms are spread out enough the early risers didnt wake the others. Beautiful and tastefully decorated. Fresh Michigan apples were a nice touch!“

„My sister got married in a very low key ceremony recently and we wanted to throw her and her husband a celebration with their closest friends and family. This was the perfect place for hosting a gathering! There was ample space for food prep and plenty of room for guests to hang out, play games, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and the host was so helpful in answering any questions we had.“

„I had a surprise birthday party for my husband with his family which means everything to him. One of his favor things to do is swim with his grand babies. That he did. We swam played games and ate all weekend. Made some wonderful memories which is what life is all about. The hosts wer so nice and accommodating. Beautiful house. Perfect for what we did. “

„The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. „We came here for a short getaway for my 50th birthday. I just wanted to be on the lake and this cabin was the perfect place. We arrived and it was pouring rain and so so windy. I thought for sure it would be cold and damp inside. But it was perfectly dry and nice and warm! The next day it cleared up and we got to enjoy going on the deck and watching the swans and the freighters. That night the sky was clear and the stars were amazing.
