„Staying for one week there and never experienced the service this bad. They don’t do cleaning service doesn’t matter how long you stay due to COVID. Even though you asked for toilet paper they didn’t give it to you. There is Milch in the room for your tea but it’s expired.“

„Das Zimmer war an sich sehr gut. Sauber und groß, auch das Badezimmer, und das WLAN war schnell. Aber man muss taub sein, um da schlafen zu können. Es war sehr laut. Die Wände waren wohl dünner als die Papierwände in einem japanischen Haus. Ich konnte meine Nachbarn besser hören als mich selbst, obwohl sie sich eigentlich nur normal unterhielten. Ich werde nie wieder da übernachten.“

„Excellent in one word, Very good stay so far, I love their perception about their guests, they made room warm before we get in there which I liked the most and everything available in the room itself from tea to iron box (Small fridge, Microwave with clean bowels, fan, luggage rack, refreshments in fridge). „I don’t usually leave property reviews, and I tend to avoid places without a host check-in due to past bad experiences. However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!“

„Der Pub ist total süß, sehr schön traditionelle Details. Essen ist super, sowohl Abendessen, als auch Frühstück. Die Unterkunft wird viel von Montagearbeitern genutzt und sieht leider dementsprechend aus. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man einige Sachen wieder in Ordnung bringen. Leider hatten wir noch Dreck und Müll vom Vorgänger im Zimmer (Tassen nicht abgewaschen und in den Tassen Müll). Für eine Nacht zu Durchreise ist es okay. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parken ist auf ...

„Allison and cliff are very friendly and great cooks. The breafull English breakfast was outstanding. The rooms and home was so comfortable. I enjoyed being a about one hour outside of london and being able to explore the countryside. Cambridge. Castles, the north sra, and many other great sites.“

„Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again “

„Lovely room - it was well equipped and great location. Disappointed with the customer service - did not feel valued as guests - from a perfunctory Manager to bar staff that did not even look up from washing glasses whilst waiting at the bar. This is down to training and never went beyond the minimum customer service. Shame as the room was excellent but customer service let it down.“
