„The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. Thanks for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend for families to stay. “

„Wonderful place to stay! SO CLEAN!! My family stayed Summer House while our oldest played at CDP. It was only a 7-8 minute to the park. It offered plenty of space for our other 3 boys to play and explore during any downtime! It came equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend! The hosts were fabulous!“

„The home was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your stay. “

„The house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door. The view from the front porch was gorgeous. It’s so far away from other houses that we didn’t hear a sound. Definitely plan to return again hopefully in the spring! “

„We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“
