„We had a wonderful weekend in this shepherds hut. Sam was a great host, excellent communication before the stay and when we arrived. The hut was exactly as the photos depict on the website. Once the heater had done its job, it was really cosy and warm in there despite the outside temperature. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend. Pevensey Bay/Eastbourne are well worth a visit. „Booked as a surprise for my partner. Arrived after dark which made it feel even more special as felt so secluded and added to the element of surprise. „Everything about Hastingford fisheries was perfect! They really had thought of everything you might want or need for a couple of days away. „A perfect weekend escape pad. Superbly cosy shepherds hut. Absolutely loved the outside kitchen… even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay.“

„The most idyllic cosy weekend retreat. We absolutely loved our stay fully immersed in nature with just the sound of birds, rain and the crackling fire in our cosy shepherd’s hut for the weekend. Breakfast in bed was perfect thanks to the supplies Becca kindly left for us. Watching the sunset and moon rise against a sky full of stars each night was also very special. „Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. “

„The flat is ideally located in the Old Town of Hastings. You live in the warehouse of the antique store on the first floor. Of course, there are no customers. Wonderful small and large objects embellish the apartment. There is enough space for six people. Only the fridge could be bigger for six people. But that is really the only criticism of this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time there“
