We were able to walk to Placencia Village to the vast assortment of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. When we were heading out on various excursions (which Gail and Paul booked for us) we were able to walk across the street to their dock and get picked up either by boat or van. „Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.“
