„We liked the cottage very much. It was cosy and had a wonderful view to the River Colne. We found everything we needed. We had 2 trips to London, 1 trip to Flatford Mill, to Wivenhoe, the beach of Mersea Island , to Cudmore Grove and we visited our Englisch friends in West Mersea. It was a great adventure, even our grandchildren loved it.“

„Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. We found it superb for our short trip and would happily return. As we were a little out of season it seemed that some of the cottages opposite ours were being ...

„This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. „Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment“
