„Unit is small, but exactly as described in the listing. The shower would benefit from a flexible hose and perhaps a larger head. The host was easily reachable via text and responded quickly to a problem with the A/C unit on our first night in the unit; they responded quickly and got the matter resolved within a couple of hours, but the issue could have been avoided completely with just some basic maintenance. I can't say enough good things about the location. Nearly everything we wanted to do ...

„Alyssa’s place is one of Boston’s gems! The home is practically what it looked like in the pictures plus more. Alyssa was so responsive and so accommodating. The home is so near to everything and we wished we could have planned to stay longer. I will check out the other places HelmsBNB offers but the Moreland home was our haven! Thanks Alyssa! „Couldn’t have had a better experience. The house is in the best location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and D’Town. Just across the street from the rail trail walking path, Joppa Park. Perfect area for dogs. House is just perfect size. Absolutely Amazing.“

„Photos and descriptions are accurate, the host is responsive and helpful. Location is excellent - near many things (Boston Commons, North End, Beacon Hill, Fanuel Hall, Aquarium, many restaurants, shopping, etc.) and access to the subway and bus lines is merely steps away. The property is clean and well stocked. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to use Aaron's place again. It was definitely worth the price.“

„Great property and described perfectly in the post. The stairs are memorable and steep! Easy walk to multiple eateries, grocery store and waterfront. Tracy was great host. The reserved parking spot was a game changer. Highly recommend the Muffin Shop. Three Cod Tavern gave local flair and excellent food. Ask for Beth or Lynn…both great waitresses and had good recommendations.“

„Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. “

„You cannot beat this location and access to the beach. Right on the sand and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to park and essentially not move the car the whole week. The unit has its quirks, such as the location of the bathroom inside the bunk room and older doors that are sticky, but it is very nicely decorated and easy to keep clean due to the size. Kitchen has all of the essentials and the outdoor space can’t be beat. We will definitely be back! Thank you!“

„The condo is in a perfect spot. We were able to take day trips to Salem, Gloucester, Boston and New Hampshire and Maine. Very quiet neighborhood and very nice unit. The place could use a few more pictures or something to help the accustics in the living room. It's just very empty, not very homey. I'd also like to see a railing on the front entrance. The steps are kind of steep, and I worried about falling. However, overall it was a great place. I'd highly recommend this place. “

„Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days“
