Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This apartment features two rooms, one with a king bed and Tv, the other room have a queen bed, both rooms have their own closet. The living room also have a full sofa bed for two extra people. Besides our fully equipped kitchen/dinning we have a cool NFL gaming station for four people. This apartment is special since you an enjoy the sea view from the balcony and feel the sea breeze in your hair. Perfect place to enjoy vacation.
The space

The beach is by the end of the street. In this beach you can walk, get your toes wet and sit to take the sun. There are some water spots we're you can sit but it depends on the tides. We don't suggest diving in it because it is not considered a balneary. There are two balneary spots one in 8mins and another one 12mins away.

To get to the beach we don't have a stair but there is a spot with sand that you can go down easily.
Guest access
You will have access to parking, and all the areas in the apartment.
Other things to note
We have a laundry room in the backyard but the access is only for the cleaning lady. If you need laundry services you will have to let me know 24hrs prior to check availability. The prices per service depend on the needs: bottoms & tops: $6, underwear: $3, 1 load $30, 2 loads $20 each, 3 or more $15 each. Cloth will be washed and Ironed if requested. If you are allergic to any washing machine soap and you need a special soap the cost will be the double.

8. Events are allowed for 25 people. You need to rent all the house plus+ pay extra for the event. Depending on the type of festivity your having will be the cost.
9. Private Brunch, lunch and dinners can be arranged and the charges will be determine based in the needs.
10. Movie nights outside with proyector $150-$250 includes popcorn, cotton candy, water, soda. (Beer, wine and other spirits have an additional cost)

Things you should know about the house

1. The house have more than 30 years and was completely rebuilt between 2022 and 2023
2. Everything is new inside the house including doors and windows
3. Paintings are original from Cuba and they are for sale if interested contact us
4. It is basically a Villa since it has 4 apartments in total. (You won’t share anything, even the pools will be divided with a removable fence for your privacy)
5. Pools have around 5 depth
6. Pool maintenance could happen during your stay and will be informed before they come.
