Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. • We maintain a clean home with routine pest control, but be aware that island critters (ants, lizards, cockroaches, etc) may be occasionally be seen inside as it is a tropical climate. Wild chickens and roosters also roam the area and may enter into the yard.

• The location pin is approximate but not accurate. This rental is located in the windward district of Koʻolauloa within walking distance of a sandy beach.

• As is the case with many homes close to the beach, this house is located within sound distance of the 2-lane highway in which traffic noise may be heard, particularly if the windows are open.

* Downstairs photos will be uploaded in September along with the addition of the second kitchen appliances.
