Unsere am Strand gelegene Eigentumswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet bis zu vier Personen ein komfortables Zuhause, um die Schönheit Hawaiis voll und ganz zu erleben. Der sanfte Abhang des Sandstrandes ist ideal für kleine Kinder. Schnorcheln, Kajakfahren, Angeln, Schwimmen und die am Strand lebende Natur stehen Ihnen vor der Haustür zur Verfügung. Schildkröten schwimmen im Wasser und halten gelegentlich am Strand für ein Nickerchen in der Nacht. Wale tummeln sich im Wasser jenseits des Riffs und sind vom Wohnzimmer und der Veranda der Hochhausposition des Geräts aus gut sichtbar. In einem weniger bevölkerten Gebiet gibt es immer noch Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, so dass Sie mit wenigen Unannehmlichkeiten alle Vorteile eines abgelegenen Urlaubs genießen können.

Riffgeschützte Gewässer eignen sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen, Kajakfahren, Schnorcheln oder einfach zum Spielen im Wasser. Angeln ist auch gut.
Wanderwege und Hektar große Gezeitenbecken locken die Entdecker an.
Berühmte North Shore Surfstrände sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.
Polynesisches Kulturzentrum nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Reiten, Golf, Tennis und Tauchen in der Nähe.

Die Einheit ist eine neu renovierte große Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer im siebten Stock.
Mit einem Schrank mit Strandutensilien und Spielzeug sowie einer gut ausgestatteten Küche ist es für Ihr Vergnügen gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch ein Festnetztelefon für Ortsgespräche sowie ein privates WI-Fi-Netzwerk.

We loved the beautiful sunrises every morning. The condo was near food trucks and markets. There were many beaches nearby. Our issue was that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the close beach and the slower life of the windward side. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a favorite. It was well stocked with kitchen wear and beach gear (including snorkeling) The bones of the condo may have been newly updated but the appliances not so much. The sheets for the bed did not stay on well, but the bed was comfortable. The washer was noisy and the dryer needed to be run on timed dry or in never stopped. The fridge looked like it needed to be replaced. It ran fine, but wasn’t a beauty. The dishwasher was hard to get started, the button stuck, and the heated dry didn’t work. We did have a great time and were able to do all the things that we wanted to.

Nice Unit with Great Beach View
Nice beach location with great views and sunrise watching but road noise detracted from our stay. Unit was well-equipped including lots of beach equipment, games and full kitchen needs. Was able to swim / snorkel right off of beach. Multiple turtles sighted. Unit appeared clean but some areas under furniture had not been cleaned in a while. Shower near beach was not working during our stay (only foot wash) making sand management a bit tough. Wi-Fi worked great.

Perfection
We've stayed at other units at Pat's at Punaluu but this was our favorite. It seemed larger than the other units. Very clean. Great view. Loved the cross breeze when we had the front door and balcony slider open. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable king bed in the bedroom with ceiling fan and light. There were also other portable fans. We used the tower fan in the living room but with the breeze we didn't really need it. The pullout couch was a bit of a canoe so we slept on the mattress on the floor and that worked out well. No-contact check-in was fast and easy. Good off-street parking. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Perfect place to reset with amazing sunrise views and turtles on the beach
This place was amazing - well stocked with lots of towels, fans, linens, beach/snorkel gear, kitchen utensils and even some condiments. The attention to detail made this place feel like home. Being here in August, the lack of AC was a non-issue because of the beautiful ocean winds. Though multiple fans were provided if needed. The views … omg the views!!!! Palm trees and the quiet sandy beach with breath-taking sunrises directly from the sofa bed on one side and the lush rolling, Jurassic park mountains on the other side - just heavenly! My only complaint would be the sofa bed - it was not comfortable at all. In spite of this though, we still fought over the sofa bed because of the sound of waves all night, the soothing breeze and the gorgeous morning sunrises from it. We used the gear provided to snorkel for the first time and were able to see turtles on the ocean floor!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We also came across many turtles swimming in the waters and a turtle on the beach on one of our morning walks. To have such easy access to nature right in our backyard made for great memories. There is lots of forewarning about the construction occurring around the building and though we were worried, we were not bothered by it one bit. We were either out of the house or on the beach during the construction times. Though for anyone with young, napping children it could be an issue. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat! We had a nice stay at Pat's. Beautiful place on the beach. The construction work wasn't too troubling. The breeze through the condo was fine, except at night when most necessary, but the road noise was too much with the window open. The "highway" is on Aloha time so plan events accordingly. Keep an eye out for turtles from your deck as you take in the day. Thanks for a great stay!

A fantastic place to stay!
My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. It would be difficult to find something wrong with it. The large living room and bedroom were great. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. I was concerned beforehand about the lack of A/C but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Yes we were there in April when the highest temperature was only 82, but the evenings and mornings were cool and comfortable. If someone was to stay in July or August it might be a different story then. Anytime we were there we used the lanai screen and the front door screen and with the trade winds blowing in from the ocean it was very nice and cool inside. Undoubtedly the star of the show for this condo is the gorgeous ocean view from the lanai. I don’t know where you would find a better one. Quite honestly, the view was the main reason I picked this room. The second best reason to stay here is the closeness of the ocean. It’s literally just a few steps away. I loved walking the beach in the morning taking sunrise photos. The sunrises were beyond spectacular!! I snorkeled several times, and it was good. I didn’t see a ton of fish but the ones I saw were cool. The water in the morning is more calm than the evening. I would recommend snorkeling or swimming in the morning. If we were ever to go back to ‘Oahu we would definitely stay here in room 714 again. In fact I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on this side of the island.

Absolutely amazing
The owner of this property is awesome, she gave us so much great information, and was beyond thorough, and the property, absolutely loved it, the view was amazing, you cannot get a better view, absolutely uncrowded, the people there were so nice, the condo itself was very well furnished, super clean, very spacious, well laid out, bed was very comfortable, as for the construction on site, we had no issues with that whatsoever, matter-of-fact we were taking the trash out and one of the construction workers was very nice and said oh let me get that for you, absolutely loved it

Good budget option
Clean and as described in listing. View was spectacular. Kids did not like the pull out couch mattress, so slept on the couch and chaise lounge and then were happy. On the windward side of the island so very windy. Beach was small but good. Construction noise was significant but was well described in the listing. We hadn’t planned to be there much during the day, but had a sick kid one day so had to stay in, and that was rough with the noise. No AC so windows open at night and then temp in the unit was very nice, but road noise was super load all night even with earplugs. Will look for quieter option next time

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and location. The beach was right outside and the area was very quiet. The construction was manageable and did not interfere with our stay, our host was a gem and so helpful. She responded to everything in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the beach accessories and there were plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again. The gym was nice as well. Condo is clean and organized. All necessities for cooking, cleaning are available. Food and stores are very close by with lots of selection.

The unit was cozy and clean. The manager responded quickly with questions or concerns. The beach was beautiful. We knew construction was happening with the building but the downside was that it was happening at the unit next to us, so we were unable to use the lanai during the day.

Great location by the Sea on Oahu
This location is fabulous. It is right on the beach and the 7th floor apartment with a balcony gave us a great view of the beach and turtles swimming in the ocean. Excellent food trucks are nearby. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the front door. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice apt in a great location and beach
This is an old building undergoing major renovation to both individual units and the exterior superstructure. The renovation appears to have started several years ago and continues M-F from 8a to 4p. There is significant noise from the work efforts, large vibration, jack hammer, and general work noise. The pool is closed M-F until 5p, and you may have to get security to unlock the pool. The units don't have AirCon, and it is not really needed when you open unit road side facing windows or door. Excellent cross wind most of the time. My unit has ceiling fans which keeps great circulation. However if you have to close up do to noise or smell, unit gets warm and stuffy very fast. There is significant road noise, as you are right on main road Rt 83. During the day not a major issue, but at night with bedroom on road side and windows open, you hear every car going by. This can be very disturbing. The window needs to be open at night to keep fresh cool air flow. There is a beautiful beach with soft white sand and easy access from the back green space. The green space has a number of lounge chairs, not enough for whole building, but people are good about sharing. There are many miles of beach and park within walking and easy drive, many options and types.

Nice but not air conditioned
This was a nice, comfortable, and spacious condo, with a separate bedroom and full-sized kitchen. Also a large living area. If I picked up on it from reviews, I had forgotten it had no air conditioning - until I walked in and began to look for the thermostat. First day was a bit tough, as it was a mostly rainy day, so much wetter air coming in. After that, we began to understand which way the wind was blowing in morning and evening, so took advantage of it. Since the bedroom (with a very comfortable bed, by the way) is on the street side of the unit, we couldn't take advantage of the breeze while sleeping because of car noise. So we turned both fans on and left windows open until just before getting in bed. Other than that, though, it was a very pleasant stay. Hearing the ocean constantly in the living room and kitchen was soothing. Wi-Fi was good. Washer is very noisy when running, but it does a great job. (Just telling you that so it won't shock you.) Barbara was great at communicating quickly. We did our own cooking for dinner, which was even more relaxing - not needing to drive the roads again. But we could go to any number of beaches and parks up and down the coast (away from the city hustle on the other side of the island), or just stay and play on the beach at the condo during the day. It was a very nice visit for us.
