„Room and location was fantastic. Amenities great. Loved the restaurant, pool, bar, cafes. Only issue was the lack of response regarding early check in. Arrived at 8.30am (My issue), but check in was 4pm. Emailed multiple times over a few days trying to get an earlier check in. No response. Would recommend this location though. “

„First they would be very difficult and unfriendly to let my friend check in eventhough she had a picture of my passport and I told them on the phone that she can check in for me. Then we had a whole day no water and they didn't tell us what was happening. We had to go ask the construction workers ourselves. Even after the water was running again we got no information from the hotel and no letter that they are sorry or anything like it... Really annyoing is also that the parking is not ...

„Large apartment and basically nice facility. Apartment had only one queen bed, although we had booked a king bed. There was no air conditioning available. So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. An alternative room with air conditioning was - on repeated requests - although promised, but never offered. A compensation was not done. Therefore, we can not recommend this ...

„The unit was dated. I would t call it as luxury stay. It was more of the economy stay. The bedding in the 2nd bedroom had black stains that looked like molten. Bathroom didn’t have essential amenities when arrived. It didn’t have washer/dryer. Communication to the property manager was good. Overall it was ok. We probably won’t stay here again. “

„At Kauai's north shore, we found a modern condo, very well equipped and perfectly maintained, part of a quiet and prestigious condominium village, nicely located in Princeville, not far from Hanalei town with good bars and restaurants as well as Kalalau trail head (now permit needed to enter Ha'ena State Park, which didn't exist 28 years ago when I was here the first time; makes sense now to protect the environment). We enjoyed staying there, the condo was very comfortably and newly refurbished.“
