This property is breathtaking with it's beautiful lake view right upon entering the home. It offers 2 decks off the back of the home. The main upper deck provides a gas barbeque and 2 gas heaters for plenty of outdoor gathering and enjoyment. Private trail leads to water access and private beach.
There is one King sized bed in the master, 2 Queen beds, and a Full/Twin combination bunk bed with an additional trundle bed below.

There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is also a privately owned lot next to the home but that is not for guest use.
The path to the lake is not ADA compliant, it is a nature trail. The firepit and beach are for guest use but are shared by neighbors, so please be considerate. Please also pack out what you pack in. ***The docks are not for guests use***
There are many water toys and equipment available in the house for guest use. Please make sure to bring them back to the property when finished.
There is also a portable charger that can be used at the firepit to power the outdoor lighting. Please make sure to keep plugged in at the house when not in use.
There will be ongoing construction to the backyard landscaping from October 2024-November 2024. The landscapers will not disturb guests and can access the back space through the path alongside the house.
There will be a hot tub available for guest use coming in 2025.
