You're in for a treat at this one of a kind vacation house we call the Round House. The Round House is a high end vacation home that is spacious and well cared for. The Round House overlooks Round Lake which is one of the most desirable vacation lakes in the Hayward area. The crystal clear waters and excellent fishing, swimming and boating opportunities of Big Round Lake will not disappoint you. The house features amazing southeasterly views and your own private dock.
This uniquely designed home features 2,600 plus square feet of bright open living spaces consisting of three levels and a very open concept which is perfect for family groups.

The main floor has an impressive two story stone fireplace in the great room, a custom chef's kitchen, half bath, a master suite with a king bed, and en-suite bath. The home also features a spacious deck off the great room and kitchen with awesome lake views, a patio with a gas grill and furniture to relax with friends, soak in the sun or just read a great book.

Above the great room you'll find a beautiful wrap around loft framed with a custom wrought iron railing. The loft has a grand view of the stone fireplace, great room and lake! The loft gives access to a full bath and two additional bedrooms; 1st bedroom is a large master suite with one king, one queen bed and hide a bed ottoman; 2nd bedroom: two queen beds, and an adult twin. Enjoy two cozy nooks for anyone looking for space away from the main area to read a book, play chess or have a bit of privacy with a view! This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances; including a gas stove top, electric warming stove top, oven, prep sink, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, tea pot, hand mixer, crock pot and more!

The lower level of the home features a game room with air hockey and Foosball. The lower level has an additional family room, 45 inch smart TV, Roku, queen size futon, queen sofa couch, a full bath, laundry room with front load washer and dryer, second refrigerator and access to the lake.

Seasons -From Mid June through July and August we only accept bookings for 4 night minimums
Birkie Weekend requires a 4-night minimum
September and May & the first two weeks in June require a 3-night minimum stay as do Christmas and New Year Holidays.
The rest of the year are all 2 night minimums

Great family time!
This is a lovely cabin in a great location on the lake. Love the new fire pit overlooking the lake. Need more seating in the living room, the cabin sleeps 12 but only sits 5 in the living room. Be sure to bring towels/wash cloths, there is nothing. No kitchen washcloth or towels either. Overall, we had a great time, thanks.

Great Summer Getaway
Stayed with grandparents, parents and teens! Plenty of room. I already miss my morning coffee looking at the lake. This was our second trip here and we are looking forward to next summer.

Nice place
Overall a great place and lovely home. However, it losts 4 bedrooms and the 4th is actually an alcove with a futon and no door or closet. Plenty of beds in the other 3 bedrooms. However, one if the bedrooms was exceedingly hot while the rest of the home was 67, comfortable for all except those sleeping in the overly hot room. Must be an ongoing issue since there are several fans in the room. Wonderfully appointed kitchen, gorgeous views and comfortable beds. .

Family Vacation
We had a great stay at this cabin. We had one minor issue with the AC not working when we first arrived and we weren't able to get in touch with someone live but we left a message with the management company and they did get back to us and sent someone out to fix it within a couple of hours which we appreciated. Overall it is a very nice cabin in a great area.

Round Lake House - what a beautiful home. We just spent a week there with family. Plenty of room for to spread out and not be in each others way. Lots of steps! Beautiful view out back of Round Lake.

Girls Weekend
I stayed with girlfriends for a weekend in April. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of sleeping space and room to hangout. The weather was cold and snowy so we stayed in most of the weekend. We had everything we needed for our stay, except towels. They did tell us to bring our own, but we found that to weird. I've never had to do that. Overall, the stay was good.

Winter on Big Round Lake
This home was amazing from the moment you walked in the beautiful arched front door. We mainly stayed inside as winter storm "Elliott 12-2022" had hit us after our arrival and there was already 14" of snow and -15 temps. We thoroughly enjoyed making it our home for the week. The kitchen was very well stocked and layout was perfect with main sink, prep sink and the Island "a plus" - all of us could be helping with the cooking and never be in each others way. The home owners leave you plenty of space to put your things and that includes space in the kitchen, bathroom areas, master bedroom dresser and closet. Loved the coffee station. We enjoyed the beautiful wood burning fireplace every day and the views were beautiful. Beds were good and plenty of them. The basement area was set up well and looked to be comfortable with a small fridge for over flow of food stuffs. We would return to this home if the opportunity comes around again. The staff of the Management Group was very helpful from start to finish. P.S. the town of Hayward was very quaint and worth a visit to Main.Street. A&S, J&B

Great house
The house and property was beautiful! The one down side we encountered, and it was not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature, is that a storm had come through and the roof needed to be replaced. The replacement was scheduled for while we were there. The management company worked with us and did everything in their power to right this inconvenience, and I thank their time and effort. The roof was replaced while we were there, and we dealt with it. I would recommend this home to anyone that loves northern Wisconsin

We enjoyed the house, very accommodating! We were a party of 4 couples that were in the area to ride the trails in side by sides. A neighbor informed us we were not allowed to ride the road in front of the houses legally. We never had a problem but this may need to be looked into further for any future trips.

Round House Family Get-Together
Spent 6 days at Round House for family get-together. The house was great for our group of 3 families/9 people. Toddlers were able to sleep in rooms with their parents. Adult single son slept in lower level on futon. He wished it had some type of covering over door to keep room darker in morning. Deck was great for family meals and game playing. Lower level was good for late night game playing as it did not disturb those sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of storage throughout house. Game room and games provided additional fun. Firepit area was roomy and provided a lot of seating. Suggest you bring own lawn chairs for more comfort. Dock was adequate for our 24-foot tri-toon. Lake was beautiful and water clear. Spent several hours cruising the lake. Powells was great place for drinks. Beach front was hard for toddlers to access, but adults had no problem. Lake bottom was sandy with some stones. We were able to find a sandbar north of house with sandy area and shallow water for girls to play. This could be accessed by walking from cabin as well. Also found an island that had sandy beach for the girls to play in as well. Hayward was easy to access from the cabin. Only reason we would not give it 5-stars was the many spider webs in cabin and under furniture. Feels these could have been easily swept down. Suggestions would be to bring leaf blower to clean off deck, own ice supply as ice maker could not keep up with demand, and your own pillow for comfort. We loved this place and immediately booked it for next year. The management company was great to deal with as a new credit card caused some issues due to new security number. Beautiful Home Beautiful Lake
My family and I decided last minute to go on a little summer getaway for just a few days. We lucked out when we came across this beautiful home on Round Lake. It was so great! Its furnishings were tasteful, lovely, and very comfortable. We always appreciate clean, so big plus there as well. Beds were super comfortable as well, and the shower’s water pressure was outstanding!! The access to the lake was private and easy, and we loved having our morning coffee while sitting on the dock and on the deck watching the spectacular sunrises during our time there. We had a great time on the lake boating and tubing on our rented pontoon, but we also had fun kayaking with the kayaks supplied by the homeowners (thank you!!). We especially loved the restaurant on the lake called Powell’s. It was a great place to dock our pontoon, catch some live music, play some bags and darts, and eat some burgers. Outstanding vacation in every way. Thank you!!

Relaxing stay except for a couple issues
Great property and location. Home was very clean, well kept, and well stocked compared to other homes and management companies we have used in the past. Very quiet and serene except for obnoxious neighbor a few houses down who yelled at our children for swimming in the water 100 or more feet from their property. The only other recommendation would be looking into the garbage issue. Was able to get a hold of someone to remove garbage although they only removed a couple bags when all 3 garbage cans were full prior to our arrival. Otherwise we had a splendid time and would stay here again.

The home was beautiful, with spacious accommodations for larger groups. Wonderful kitchen and living room space for movie night. Wonderful dock, just be very careful the hill is steep and not well tended. Great spot for family fun. Some drawbacks: the grounds are not tended so be careful for a lot of snakes, gophers and mice and treacherous spots heading down to the dock. The tall grasses and weeds hide them well. The outdoor furniture was very grimy so bring some outdoor towels and cleaners along. Also, the upstairs guest bedroom has a lock turned around so that people could lock others into a room.
